| Start by typing your text using a somewhat distorted or broken font. |

| Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. |
|
| Press Q to enable quick mask. |
 |
| From filter menu select sketch>>plaster. |
 |
| Apply settings as shown. |
 |
| Again press Q to disable quick mask. |
 |
| Fill the selection with red color in a new layer. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Ctrl+Click the main text layer thumbnail to get the selection. |

| Press Q to enable quick mask. From filter menu select texture>>stained glass. |

| Apply settings as shown. |
 |
| Press Q to disable quick mask. |

| Create a new layer and fill the selection with black color. |

| Change the layer mode to overlay. |

| Select the main text layer and apply drop shadow using settings below. |
